New Feature

LiveCosts Export

The new LiveCosts Export function enables you to export estimate data in a structured CSV format that is compatible with LiveCosts, streamlining data transfer between Buildsoft and LiveCosts.

This feature supports flexible export options to accommodate different project breakdown structures.

Details:

  • Export project cost data as a CSV file formatted for LiveCosts.

  • Two export modes are available:

    • Trades – Exports each Trade as a Phase in LiveCosts (no Divisions).

    • Trades and Headings – Exports Trades as Divisions and top-level Headings as Phases under each Trade.

  • Includes an Exclude Markup option to remove markup values from the export.

  • Accessible via Data → Integrations → LiveCosts.

Example:
Use this export to seamlessly transfer Cubit project cost structures to LiveCosts for project cost management and ongoing tracking.

Improvement

Currency List Format Update

The Currency List has been reformatted to clearly present each entry with consistent labelling across the system.

Each entry now displays the:
Code, Symbol, Currency Name, and Country
For example:
AUD $ – Australian Dollar (Australia)

This improvement enhances clarity and ensures that all currency formats display correctly throughout Cubit Estimating.

Use this export to seamlessly transfer Cubit project cost structures to LiveCosts for project cost management and ongoing tracking.
