The latest update for Cubit Estimating is now available, bringing a range of new features. These include improved pricing insights, a quicker method for bulk item deletion, and several performance enhancements.
Gain a better understanding of your estimate at a glance with enhanced pricing insights.
In response to customer feedback, we have introduced two new columns to the Estimate Sheet, providing valuable pricing insights: the Markup Value column and the Cost Total column.
The Markup Value column reveals the euro/sterling amount of the markup applied to Composite Rates, Trade Items, Headings, and Trades. This complements the existing Markup column, which shows markup as a percentage.
The Cost Total column displays costs before any markup is applied, allowing you to easily compare and review your pricing within the Estimate Sheet.
Update your estimate faster with the new Rapid Bulk Delete function.
In response to customer feedback for a more efficient workflow, Cubit has a new delete function that accelerates the process of removing numerous items from your Estimate Sheet. You now have the option to use either the rapid bulk delete function or the regular delete function when dealing with large data sets.
Additionally, this feature includes a customizable threshold setting, allowing you to adjust the volume of data that will activate the bulk delete option.
Enjoy better performance across a range of areas.
Buildsoft continually strive to make Cubit Estimating as seamless and user-friendly as possible. In this release, there are several performance improvements, such as optimizing plan rendering and display, increasing the speed of locking and unlocking Trades in shared access mode, enhancing job refresh times for projects with numerous Trades, and delivering a more responsive user experience overall.
