First year GMIT student Neal Morris, was the successful recipient of a new laptop sponsored by the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland (SCSI) Western Branch and Buildsoft Cubit software for QS Professionals sponsored by Building Software Services (BSS) at the GMIT awards ceremony held on Thursday 8th December in the G Hotel, Galway. 

Neal won the prize worth over €2,500 for being the highest performing student in Year 1 of academic year 2015/2016 on the BSc (H) Quantity Surveying & Construction Economics Programme in GMIT.
